All day: Truck washing at Penticton Firehall #2 – 271 Dawson Ave.

1:00 pm Early move in for Premium Sponsors

2:30 pm – Pick up credentials at Main Entrance to Penticton Trade and Convention Center (PTCC)
3:00 pm to 8:00 pm    Inside Exhibitor setup can begin from the rear of the PTCC.

1:00 pm to 8:00 pm     Outside Exhibitor setup can begin on the Production Parking lot at the rear of the PTCC and for the SOEC through the entrance at the Production Parking lot.

SUNDAY, June 8, 2025

8:00 am to 10:00 am     Inside and Outside Exhibitor setup.
Main Entrance for inside exhibitors.
Security will be in place – at registration & loading doors – Setup crew passes will be available.
Pick up credentials at the Registration Desk at the Main Entrance to the Penticton Trade and Convention Center
Coffee and Pastries in South Lobby.

10:00 am        BC Fire Expo open

Noon          Lunch available in North Lobby

Noon – 4:30 pm      No Host bar service.

5:00 pm         BC Fire Expo Closes

MONDAY, June 9, 2025

8:00 – 9:00 am     Trades meeting in South Lobby Lounge Area

9:00 am – 3:00 pm   BC Fire Expo open

12 noon         Lunch in North Lobby

1:00 pm – 3:00 pm   Prize draws at individual participating booths (no announcements)
            Delegate prize draw at 2:45 pm

3:00 pm        BC Fire Expo closes (tear down can start – not beforehand! )
