Thank you for your interest in the BC Fire Expo. We are the largest Fire Service Expo in the Pacific Northwest and it gives you access to over 400 fire chiefs and other fire service personnel from all over the Province of B.C.

The event goes for 2 days starting Sunday at 10:00 am with the trade floor closing at 5:00 pm but the networking continues, to build those important relationships. It continues on Monday from 9 am to 3pm. There are a minimum of meetings scheduled during this period to maximize your “face time” with the attendees.
This is a unique opportunity to interact with departments of all sizes and compositions and some departments that are otherwise impossible to visit.

FLOOR SALES
No person is permitted to solicit sales at the BC Fire Expo without being a paid representative of a booth or space, or a paid extra representative affiliated with a booth or space.

Exhibit Space Rates

Each 8’x10′ inside booth or 20’x40′ outside space was $1050.00 plus GST for 2025. You must also be a trade member of the FCABC in order to exhibit and 2025 membership fees are $354.00 (no GST).
Extra Representatives – Each booth or space comes with one complimentary exhibitor registration (includes all meals and coffee breaks). You can register as many Extra Reps as you wish at a cost of $125.00 plus GST each (2025 rate) (also includes all meals and coffee breaks).

Booth / Space Layouts

How are Booths / Spaces assigned?

Booths are assigned in this order:
1. Sponsors have first choice of booth/space location. Higher Sponsors have priority.
2. Sponsors eligible for early registration will have booths/spaces assigned prior to general registration opening.
3. After all sponsors have chosen their booth, then multiple booths are assigned (two or more purchased together).
4. After those booths are assigned, then single booths are assigned based on the date of confirmed registration (when payment is received)
5. Finally, charity and complimentary booths are assigned.
