ALL Exhibitors must provide a Certificate of Insurance (See attached)

Where can I stay?:

If you require accommodation we have booked rooms here .

How do I ship to Penticton?:

If you require Materials Handling (shipments) you can order it separately or through Show in Motion (See order form) .
The Penticton Trade and Convention Centre will NOT accept your shipments directly
Arriving or shipping from the USA?, request a copy of the CBSA Border to Show letter

Can I order extras?:

If you require other show materials (high tables, high chairs, specialty furniture, etc.) you can order it separately (at your expense) through Show in Motion (See order form).

Can I register Extra Reps?:

You can register as many Extra Reps as you wish ($125 ea plus GST) until May 15. (there will be a late fee applied after that date)

When can I set up my booth / space?

Exhibitor setup starts Saturday, June 7, 2025 at 3pm until 8pm and Sunday, June 8 at 8am until the show opens at 10:00 am. The full setup schedule is posted here

What are the show hours?

Show times are Sunday June 8 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm and Monday June 9 from 9am to 3pm
The annual Trades meeting is on Monday June 9 from 8am to 9am
