ALL Exhibitors must provide a Certificate of Insurance (See attached<\/a>)<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you require accommodation we have booked rooms here<\/a> . If you require Materials Handling (shipments) you can order it separately or through Show in Motion (See order form)<\/a> . If you require other show materials (high tables, high chairs, specialty furniture, etc.) you can order it separately (at your expense) through Show in Motion \n(See order form).<\/a>\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n You can register as many Extra Reps as you wish ($125 ea plus GST) until May 15. (there will be a late fee applied after that date)<\/p>\n\n\n\n Exhibitor setup starts Saturday, June 7, 2025 at 3pm until 8pm and Sunday, June 8 at 8am until the show opens at 10:00 am.
